The stack we speak natively
WordPress isn’t one language, it’s a small orchestra, and we play all of it: PHP (the engine of every theme and plugin), JavaScript — vanilla, jQuery, and React for the block editor — HTML and CSS down to the accessibility details, and SQL for the MySQL database underneath it all. Around the edges: REST APIs and JSON, Git, WP-CLI, Composer, and a deployment pipeline we could run blindfolded. Static builds are the same alphabet without the database.

We always know what the AI is writing, because we spent fifteen years writing it ourselves. Vibe Your Website is Slobodan’s bet, fifteen-plus years in the making. He started building websites back when “responsive” wasn’t a word yet, shipped WordPress for real clients through every era of the platform, and met the crew the old-fashioned way — WordCamps, open-source threads, and launches that went sideways at 2 AM and got fixed anyway.
When AI started writing halfway-decent code, most agencies picked a side: pretend it changes nothing, or pretend it changes everything. Slobodan built the middle. An agency where AI writes the first draft fast, and a senior developer reads every line before it ships. The free prompt library on this site is that standard made public — the exact specs the agency builds with, given away.

Started shipping websites more than fifteen years ago and never really stopped. Built Vibe Your Website on one bet: senior code review plus AI speed beats either one alone. Runs the final pass on every build — if AI wrote it, Slobodan read it.
Spent four years at Flywheel in Omaha keeping creative agencies’ WordPress sites from melting during traffic spikes. Before that, built a custom event booking system for a chain of Portland food carts that somehow had to handle both cash payments and crypto. Now Hollis runs the agency’s vibe-coded theme pipeline, turning client chaos into clean block patterns before lunch. Owns a mechanical keyboard that cost more than their first car and is banned from bringing kimchi to the coworking space.
Kept the WordPress multisite alive at The Texas Observer through two redesigns and a server migration that happened at 2 AM during a thunderstorm. Later worked at BentoStack, an Austin startup that sold AI-generated dental websites until they ran out of VC money. Zadie now handles client discovery calls and somehow makes “we need it by Friday” sound manageable. She codes with noise-canceling headphones and a tabby cat named Shortcode who walks across her keyboard during demos.
Six years at 10up building Gutenberg blocks for newsrooms that still missed the Classic Editor. Took a detour maintaining a WooCommerce site for a Vermont brewery that sold beer-making kits and accidentally became an expert on shipping alcohol across state lines. Rance now writes the agency’s AI prompts and guardrails so vibe coding doesn’t turn into vibe debugging. Uses a trackball mouse from 2003 and brews something fermented in the office kitchen that nobody else is allowed to touch.
Started at SME Media in Hamburg building multilingual sites for shipping logistics companies where every form had seventeen required fields. Then three years at Raidboxes in Münster learning exactly how many “Test” emails a German client sends before launch. Meike now designs the agency’s starter stacks and is the only person who admits to missing Underscores as a base theme. Listens to 90s Eurodance while coding and makes her colleagues try her homemade sauerkraut every January.
Spent five years at Inpsyde in Wuppertal untangling a pharmaceutical multisite that had forty-seven plugins and documentation written entirely in passive-aggressive German comments. After a sabbatical restoring Game Boys in Leipzig, he joined the agency to build headless WordPress architectures that make the rest of the team roll their eyes until they see the load times. Jannik maintains the Cursor rules and AI context files, which means he actually reads the generated code before shipping it. Wears the same hoodie regardless of weather and destroys everyone at table tennis.
