The prompts are really free?
Yeah. All 40, free, no email, no card, nothing. Build a whole site with what is here and do not pay us a dime. The hire-us work is what keeps the lights on.
Why are they so long? 12,000 characters?
Because the one-liners everybody pastes in make a demo, not a site. A real spec covers who the business is, who is visiting, what you want them to do, the sections, the rules, and a list of stuff to NOT do. Leave nothing for the AI to guess and you get something usable.
Which AI should we use?
Straight answer: Claude for the first pass, Cursor to clean it up. v0 is great for a landing page but tops out fast. Lovable, Bolt, Replit all work too. We break down the differences on the blog.
Static HTML or WordPress?
Static if you are a solo founder or freelancer who knows how to push a file live. WordPress if your client needs to change their own hours and prices without calling you every week. Each prompt is built for one or the other.
Can we sell sites we make with these?
Go for it. Use them for clients, charge whatever you want, change them however you like. We do not need credit and we do not want a cut.
Do we get help if we get stuck?
On the free prompts, that is what the blog and the walkthrough guides are for. On a paid project, you get the crew for 30 days after launch, no extra charge.
How fast can you actually ship?
Static site, 3 to 5 business days. WordPress, 7 to 10. We can go faster if we clear the deck, but slow and steady usually comes out better.
What is included in a paid project?
Design, build, launch, one round of changes, the SEO basics, analytics hooked up, and a quick screen recording walking you through the code. Ongoing upkeep is a separate monthly thing.
What will you not take on?
Stores with 50-plus products, sites in a bunch of languages, big membership or course platforms. Not our thing. We know people who crush that and we will point you their way.
Where are you?
A small crew, mostly in the US, a couple overseas. We met at WordCamps and we work async. Most of our clients catch us in their morning.
How do we get the most out of these?
Read the prompt before you run it. Swap the business details for your real client. Run it through Claude first, then tighten it up in Cursor. The four steps on each prompt page walk you through it.
