Migration & Redesign

Off Wix, Squarespace, or a tired old WordPress build — onto a fast vibe-coded site you own. Content moved, SEO preserved, from $3,800.

A migration starts at $3,800 and takes one to two weeks: we move your content off Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, or a crusty old WordPress build, redesign it as a fast vibe-coded site you actually own, and preserve your Google rankings with proper 301 redirects. Then you cancel the subscription and keep the money.

Why people migrate

Usually one of three reasons. The subscription math stopped making sense — $30-50 a month forever is $1,800 over five years for a site you still do not own (we ran the full numbers in the builder-cost post). Or the site is slow and looks like 2019. Or the business outgrew the platform — bookings, structured content, a store — and the builder’s answer is another $20 a month of apps.

What you get

  • Everything moved: pages, posts, images, testimonials — inventoried first, then migrated, so nothing silently disappears.
  • A real redesign, not a re-skin: your content on a fresh vibe-coded build, on brand, mobile-first, fast.
  • Your pick of target: static if you rarely edit (and hosting drops to $0), WordPress if you publish. We recommend one honestly based on how you actually use the site.
  • SEO preserved: URL inventory, 301 redirect map, titles and descriptions carried over, sitemap resubmitted to Google. This is the part DIY migrations skip and pay for over the next six months.
  • Email kept safe: if your domain runs email, DNS gets moved without a day of vanished messages.
  • A clean exit: we confirm the new site is live and indexed before you cancel anything.

Migration questions

Will I lose my Google rankings?

Handled right — same URLs where possible, 301s where not, sitemap resubmitted — a small-site migration typically wobbles for a couple of weeks and settles. The horror stories come from migrations done without a redirect map, which is why ours starts with the URL inventory.

Can you get my content out of Wix?

Yes. Wix has no real export, so it is part automated, part careful manual work. Tedious is not the same as impossible — it is priced in.

Is there downtime?

No. The new site gets built and tested on a temporary URL while the old one keeps running; the switch is a DNS change that overlaps rather than gaps.

My old site was also built by AI. Same service?

If it mostly works and needs a new home and a face-lift, yes. If it is actively broken, the rescue diagnostic comes first so the migration quote is honest.

What does a Wix to WordPress migration service cost?

Ours starts at $3,800 with the redesign included — content moved, redirects mapped, rankings kept. Squarespace to WordPress runs the same playbook. Website migration cost elsewhere varies wildly because most shops quote hourly; ours is flat and in writing inside a day.
